Organised by Panaji Shigmotsav committee

It was to start at 3.30pm and finish by 10pm
But started around 5pm and finally all ended at 1.15am
Last Romtamel group (total 12) left at the point of origin at 9.30pm and arrived at terminating point at 11.30pm and the last float  which left at 11.20pm arrived at 12.25am
Prize distribution programme etc ended 1.15am
This year, there were plans not to delay it like previous years and some condition were put in place but things did not go as planned, infact, this years is the worst.
Imagine people coming here around 3.30 and reaching home around 2am and beyond

Chief Guest Chief Minister, Defence Minister and Tourism Minister were  to attend but none turned up.

Half the people who stayed behind till 1am  were hoping to see Ajay Devgn the special guest

He did not turn up either. The organisers says they had a phone call that he had to be admitted to Margao Hospital
